David Bassin

David Bassin has been a fixture on Bay Area radio for over 45 years. He has hosted programs on KTIM San Rafael, KUSF San Francisco, KALX Berkeley, KOFY-FM San Francisco, KCRW Santa Monica and for the past 14 years, on KXSF. He has also worked in radio promotion for labels such as Mute Records, Nettwerk Productions, Rough Trade Records and others. His experience also includes live DJing in clubs and concert halls for 15 years, press and promotion for nightclubs in San Francisco and Los Angeles and programming the first worldwide online radio stations in the late ‘90s.
